Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped.
Please write to us at help@rumayo.com to cancel your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, but if you are still unsatisfied with your order, please write to us at contact@rumayo.com, with your order number, product you would like to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange.

All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. We require the original invoice to be sent along with the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that we receive after 7 days from delivery date.

1) Returns: Yes, returns are very much possible. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse we will do a quality check and after quality check pass, we will issue you an online voucher (minus initial shipping cost) for future use on our website. We do not offer refunds.

2) Exchanges: Are you not happy with fittings? Sure we can do an exchange for you. Please drop us an email at contact@rumayo.com with your order number, product you would like to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange.

Note: We do not take returns on festive/holiday items or on items bought on sale.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. For any returns, we would issue you an wallet amount (minus initial shipping cost) for future use on our website.
It is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

Are there items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1) We do not accept return on gift card purchases.

2) We do not accept returns on sale items or items bought using promotional codes.

3) We do not accept returns or exchanges that we receive after 7 days from delivery date.

My order was delivered incorrectly or is damaged. What should I do?

If the item delivered is different from the order placed or has a quality issue, we will do everything to make it right for you!
Please email us at contact@rumayo.com with the order number, the product and the issue, and we will re-fulfil the order for you.

Please ensure the returned product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
We also require the original invoice to be sent along with the product.
Please note that we require all returns to reach us within 7 days from delivery date.
